CLARITY COMES FIRST

Know what your
agreement covers.

Included equipment: the prices cover one standard residential HVAC system. Additional residential systems and commercial equipment are individually quoted after equipment and site review.

Separate charges: new devices, UV replacement lamps, media filters, refrigerant, corrective repairs, duct cleaning, deep coil cleaning and work requiring blower removal are excluded from the package price. A customer supplies the standard replacement filter. Any additional work is quoted before authorization.

Repair benefits: Comfort care includes 10% off eligible repair labor, capped at $100 per repair. Whole-space care includes 15% off eligible repair labor, capped at $150 per repair, instead of the 10% benefit. Discounts do not apply to parts or equipment. These benefits apply to eligible repair labor under your service agreement.

Your service agreement identifies covered equipment, access, service scope, scheduling, applicable taxes, renewal and cancellation terms. Maintenance supports proper operation and may identify concerns; it does not guarantee a breakdown-free system, specific savings or equipment lifespan.

If your equipment is approaching replacement, explore a residential or commercial changeout. For indoor air options, learn how filtration, iWave and UV systems differ.
